We are always on the lookout for candidates with a passion for property and people, and an aptitude for numbers and attention to detail.

As a Property Planning Advisor you will:

  • Meet with homebuyer and investor clients and develop personalised strategies to help them achieve their goals
  • Build solid long term relationships
  • Analyse the property market daily to identify and act on opportunities for your clients
  • Negotiating property transactions.


You may already be working in the real estate, accounting or financial planning industry; but applicants working in other areas are encouraged.

This role is for a person who enjoys being on the phone, front of house and liaising with staff to make sure the business and office runs efficiently. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and a positive attitude are key elements for this position. Previous experience is ideal. To enhance your likelihood of success a desire to learn about the mortgage broking & banking industry would be an advantage.

Home Loan Administration - Manager

We are currently looking for a experienced home loan administration manager to become a vital part of our finance team.

If you enjoy the office administration side of home loans, rather than being involved in a sales role and have excellent communication skills, this role is for you. We are looking for a home loan administrator in our mortgage broking department that is rapidly growing. You must have the following skills:

  • Lending/broking admin and/or advisory experience
  • Strong lending product and technical knowledge
  • Strong ability to read and interpret financials
  • Good quality control skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong negotiation/persuasive skills essential
  • Research skills
  • A high level of efficiency and motivation


Experience in the following is also desirable.

  • Managing people
  • Tertiary qualifications
  • Operations management/supervisory experience
  • Credit experience
  • Salary negotiable based on skills.
