Our University endorsed education courses are designed to provide you with the independent knowledge from experienced lecturers that you need to make your property investment decisions.
The course has been developed with Victoria University and carries its endorsement due to its;

The courses are run in small groups to maximise interaction between you and the lecturers.
The courses are led by the "Property Professor", Peter Koulizos. Peter is Australia's most respected independent property educator and regularly features in the Australian Property Investor Magazine, Your Mortgage magazine. Your Investment Property magazine, various television and radio programs. The course also includes sessions from experienced Tax, Law and Finance experts whose focus is on property investors.
The course allows you understand the real factors affecting property investment without any of the marketing spin or hype. It focuses on the key drivers for investment and more importantly, how you can identify them and act upon them.
Throughout the course you will be able to identify the steps taken by experienced property investors to assess the best property to suit your strategy.

Enrolments
Places are limited for each course so enrolment will be taken on a first come, first served basis. Full payment can be made by credit card, direct debit or cash upon enrolling.
