Peter is the developer and currently the National Coordinator of the Property Investment courses at Tafe SA, Victoria University, Gold Coast TAFE and now, the Property Planning Australia education courses. He also teaches in the Property program at the University of South Australia.
He holds a teaching degree, Graduate Diploma in Property and Masters of Business (Property).
He has been teaching in real estate and investment for over ten years. The program that Peter teaches is an independent and comprehensive course that assists all property investors to make the right decisions by utilising a mix of education and real life experiences.
Peter is an active property investor who applies his teachings to his investments.

As one of the founders of The Property School Angelo has a strong interest in seeing the students of the course meet their investment goals.
The first step in achieving these goals is through understanding what the goals actually are to begin with and then how to apply them to your day-to-day activities.
Angelo is committed on the property research aspect of the course and delivers this course with a wide variety of available tools for students.
In his spare time Angelo spends time with his family, has a keen interests in a number of sports and organic farming.

David has more than a decade of experience in the finance and home loan advice industries and has been advising clients about their property investment strategies for 10 years.
After gaining experience with a major bank, he saw the opportunity to enter the fledgling mortgage broking industry in 1999. He established and grew the highly successful mortgage advisory arm of an insurance company before founding the advisory company Property Planning Australia with Mark in July 2004.
David has regularly appeared in the media in publications such as The Age, Australia Property Investor magazine and Your Mortgage magazine. He is also a member of the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia's Victorian State Originators Committee and holds a management degree from Deakin University.
Along with Mark, David recently authored the book Property for life - Using real estate to plan your financial future.
Outside of his business pursuits, David is passionate about music, travelling, sport, & enjoying a good time with friends and family.

Anybody who knows me and have worked with me will know the following biography is just a snapshot of history. For those who do not know me I hope that the following gives you some indication of who I am, what I have done and how I can help you in the Property Investment Course.
I was born in 1957 and lived my childhood in Bondi . I currently reside at Miranda, home for the past 25 years. I have two adult boys who I have followed there sporting life from an early age in baseball and soccer. I was junior vice president of the Cronulla baseball association for 5 years .My formal education was at Marcellin College at Randwick completing my school certificate in 1973. I commenced my career as a carpenter, later becoming a building supervisor. I entered the Commonwealth Bank as a building inspector for housing loans during 1980 – 1988. During my career in the banking industry, I decided to complete a Diploma in Real Estate and Valuation. I am a registered real estate valuers and associate Director of valuation services..
I left the bank in 1986 taking a position as a valuer with A. H. Taylor, during this time I was providing mortgage valuations to banks and credit unions .In 1990; I took a job with Egan National Valuers, becoming an associate director in 1995. I have held various roles, liaising with many financial intuitions during the 16-year span.
I was confirmed as a Justice of the Peace in 1982 and have held many positions on the Australian property board, becoming a Fellow in 2001. I regularly conduct entry examinations for the board. I am currently a fellow and examiner for the API.
I have a passion for building and property and enjoy passing my knowledge of over 35 years in the industry over to people interested in learning what property can do for them.
Property Plannning Australia gives me the opportunity to pass this invaluable lifetime’s knowledge into a journey for other people interested in property investment and real estate market.

Mr. David Singh practices as a solicitor and property lawyer at Conveyancing & Property Lawyers Pty. Ltd. in Sydney CBD.
David initially qualified as an engineer. He subsequently made the move to law where he developed a passion for property law and Conveyancing.

As the Solicitor Director of Conveyancing & Property Lawyers I use all the skills gained from my background as a Solicitor as well as my financial planning qualifications, real estate qualifications and engineering degree to the advantage of my clients to help them realize their property dreams. My knowledge, as well as my practical experience, enables my firm to comprehensively assist clients through all stages of property transactions in buying, selling, developing, transferring, leasing, mortgaging or otherwise dealing with property. Debbie has been referred to as "one of the best at renovating for profit and creating cashflow from thin air! Debbie has been working tirelessly in the property arena for several years and is a wealth of knowledge in many areas." Debbie is passionate about helping others achieve their dreams and has kindly offered to share some her wisdom with you!
Debbie started investing in property in 2001. She has learnt to ignore the "no's" that often come with property and expects to hear "yes's" which has enabled her to build a multi-million dollar portfolio starting from scratch. She is a fun passionate presenter who challenges the listener to step out of their comfort zone and take action.
Debbie manages a number of renovations each year and is still active in the property market. Her husband Chris was able to kiss goodbye a job he did not enjoy and find his own strategy in their business. Now they work together renovating and developing, purchasing a number of projects each year.
Debbie is well known for her renovations and has featured in the Your Investment Property, Your Mortgage and the Australian Property Investor Magazines, she lectures on Renovation and Mentors people in their own property investment journey.
