Updated: Aug 6
Property Planning Australia is proud to be a 2026 Season Sponsor of Templestowe FC.
We were thrilled sponsor the Purple Haze Coterie Luncheon, with 100 guests in attendance and our guest speaker, football legend Terry Wallace.
Terry’s stories of his Hawthorn Premiership Days and Coaching The Bulldogs, Tigers and almost the Swans were outstanding.
We were also pleased to have Councillor Jim Grivas, Mayor of Manningham, in attendance on the day.
A special thanks to President Greg Tremewen and Vice President Ryan Bain, who is also part of our team at Propertyplanning.com.au.
And of course, thank you to our good friends and clients who joined us Matt McCrohan, Matt Purcell and Brian Bain for joining us.
We’re proud to support a club with such strong community spirit and look forward to more great events ahead.
Go Templestowe!
Brayden Maynard Headlines Our Second Purple Haze Luncheon
We had our second Purple Haze Luncheon at Templestowe Football Club with our guest speaker and client Brayden Maynard of the Collingwood Football Club.
Our own David Johnston shared a few words on what makes Brayden such a standout person and footballer, saying:
"What a champion he is. You love following a team who has players who attack the ball and opposition hard and play team first footy. This man does it in spades and sets a great example that others just must follow. One thing you get being a Pies supporter is a team that consistently gives effort and this man is certainly a key reason for why they play this way so it's amazing that he is here with us today."
We were also pleased to have local Member for Bulleen and former Victorian Opposition Leader Matt Guy in attendance on the day.
We're proud to support a club with such strong community spirit and look forward to more great events ahead!
A Legendary Afternoon with Billy Brownless
What a fantastic day we had at the Templestowe Football Club Sportsman’s Lunch!
We were lucky enough to attend this amazing event with AFL legend Billy Brownless, who shared some classic stories from his days playing with Gary Ablett, being coached by Malcolm Blight, and his time on The Footy Show, including those iconic moments spinning the wheel! From memorable moments on the field to hilarious behind-the-scenes anecdotes, we got to hear it all from one of Australia’s true football icons.
We were also joined by some fantastic guests of ours, including:
Nick Padbury, our Commonwealth Bank Relationship Manager
Ian Cattanach, Partner at William Buck and valued client
Matt Purcell and Frank Dini, two great mates and loyal clients
Ryan Bain, our top-performing Strategic Mortgage Broker, Vice President of Templestowe FC, former Captain of 5 years and Premiership Best on Ground (of course!)
David Johnston, our Managing Director
